"We greatly appreciate that Vincenzo was able to accommodate our late night check-in as well as a late check-out. We only stayed one night. When our flight was delayed and we had issues with our car rental company, I feared there would be no one to let us in the hotel but Vincenzo was kind enough to stay up to 1am and accommodate our entry. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for gratuitously helping us out."

"The room was great, bed was comfortable and air conditioning was cold! But, staff was very rude. After delayed flight and lost luggage, we arrived at almost midnight to the property. Hard to find with very little instructions and dark stairway. Elevator got to first floor then fell to bottom!!! Many rude messages about us arriving late. Would only take euro for tax, did not accept credit card. Just all around poor communication."
