Wonderful stay in Montauk!
This property is perfect for a group/family trip to Montauk! It is spacious with a large kitchen, tons of outdoor space and most of the rooms have en suite bathrooms. Check-in was easy through a code system and just across the road is beautiful beach. The host was immediately responsive when we had issues accessing the wifi and made the stay seamless throughout!

Wonderful space in a perfect location
My wife and I enjoyed the down time with walks on the beach with the beagles while my young-adult daughter and her boyfriend liked the walking distance to Montauk. We had a great half-day fishing trip too and the weather was spectacular! Can't give it six stars so settled for five. ;)

Fourth time. Clean. Has everything! Beach stuff. Bikes. Great kitchen with every pot and pan you need. Clean barbecue. Can go on and on.

Family and friends vacation!

Off season getaway
Stayed here in mid-April for a quick spring break. It was beautiful and relaxing. The beach is across the street. The town is about a mile away. Would definitely come back.

Great Family Getaway Weekend
We stayed for the weekend with our teens. The setup is great and well set up for your stay. Loved that we had spaces to gather and to separate- plus no competition for a bathroom! The view is stunning and a short walk to the beach for beautiful sunrises. Would’ve loved to stay longer and hope to return in the future!

We had a peaceful and serene winter vacation with glorious winter sunsets
What an awesome vacation!! Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.! The house was perfectly located for a wonderful winter get away! The rooms were beautifully appointed, most with their own private sitting areas, fireplaces and updated bathrooms. The kitchen was spacious with granite counters and gas stove which was great for cooking a large post Christmas dinner for the whole family. The ocean can be seen from almost every room!! We had such a great time that no one wanted to leave! We can’t wait to come back again next year!!

Relaxing Ocean View Stay
We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this well appointed VRBO property. The ocean is literally steps away and if you open your bedroom window you can be lulled asleep by the crashing waves. This rental will accommodate a family or a collection of your most favorite friends as there are four suites each with a queen bed, shower/sink, TV and fireplace. A short ride or walk from the town of Montauk. Communication with the property managers was easy. We’ll be back! Thank you for a new Hampton hideaway.

Family gathering
We stayed 10/9-10/13. This house is beyond the pictures! So beautiful and immaculate. The weather was picture perfect, not a cloud in the sky and the ocean was amazing. John met us at the house and gave us a great history lesson of the house and Montauk. Both Stacy and John were readily available with questions. We plan to make this a yearly tradition. Thank you Stacy and John!

End Of Summer Getaway
Great place to stay with group - fully stocked with every amenity. Home was clean and comfortable with TV's, AC , bathrooms everywhere. Outside front porch has beautiful views and saw many whales . Beautiful beach across street, beach chairs and umbrellas were provided.

We couldn’t have had a better stay at this beautiful home. It was so unique and special — a real “feel good” place. The upper deck, front porch, ocean views, the beach just steps away and the amazing restaurant right next door were only a few of the amazing attributes to this property. We were honoured to be guests and we will most certainly be back!

Location was excellent, coffee on the front porch watching whales each morning!
Property fit our needs well, especially with a 2 yr old and an infant. The sitting rooms with each bedroom was perfect for the kids. Some of the bathrooms are dated but functional. Host provides pretty much everything you'll need. Already thinking about booking again next year.

Lovely home
Excellent property and very kind owner. Beautiful experience. Everything in Montauk is very expensive. The home is right across the street from the most beautiful beach. We had a great time. Older home with a few tiny glitches, but nothing to diminish a great experience.

Fabulous Family Seaside Escape
We came to Montauk to get out of the city and spend time together as a family to just have fun. The house was Perfect!!! The view, the setting and the roominess of the house and seaside views made our stay everything we hoped it would be. There was plenty of private space for alone time too. The hosts were always available and even came by to check that all was good and offered some great tips on restaurants and things to do. And pointed out a dolphin!!!!! All the suggested restaurants were wonderful and we enjoyed all of them. The house provided more than enough space for us to have family meals and board game time. We also appreciated all the kitchen amenities. We will definitely be coming back!!!!! Thank You Stacey for making our stay such a memorable one.

Great house for a girl trip!
We wanted to be in the Hamptons, but on the coast and not in an overcrowded location. This house filled what we were looking for perfectly and the six of us had plenty of room to spread out. Great views and very responsive hosts.

Sunrise B&B was the best!!! Such an amazing place to gather for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The house was roomy, comfortable, and homey! And the incredible view!! The Atlantic Ocean right at your door! Many hours were spent on the great front porch watching whales, seals, and the waves!

Great family get together
We really enjoyed our stay at this classic Montauk Beach House. The unique design of bedroom suites/bathrooms really worked for us. Two young infants and eight adults fit comfortably into the ample living space offered by the house. John and Stacy were extremely responsive to our needs to fix minor issues that arose during our stay. Right across the street from the most beautiful beach with easy access. Just a great experience for us!

This is our second stay. We enjoyed last year. Since then the owner has made more renovations. Brand new porch facing the ocean. A few other changes. Kitchen is big and well equipped. Hope to do again next year.

A Very Pleasant Stay in Montauk
The location is prime and the hosts were very responsive when little issues came up. The house itself is a little dated but very serviceable. Everything we needed was close to hand. We particularly enjoyed the generous porch with its fragrant lavender bushes and the proximity to the beach.

Great Stay!
Great location - across the street from the beach and a half mile into town. We have teenagers so the location was key giving them the freedom to go into town to get something to eat or go across the street to the beach. The owners - John and Stacey were available when needed and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house to future guests,

House is great and thoughtfully appointed. Short walk to a great beach Stacey and John are great hosts. They were proactive reaching out, responsive, and, when one of the air conditioners broke, they replaced it the very next day.
