Overall very nice facility. The staff was extremely friendly. Overall property, while a little rundown was in really good shape. My room was a little dirty: tub had residue but was easily cleaned, bathroom counter needed wiped down, and there was a piece of trash (wadded paper) on the floor. Overall a very good stay. Pillows, ironing board, and mattress could use upgrades. None were horrible but definitely a bit below average

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was great except I like fresh fruits, but found everything very tasty. Overall a very pleasant experience.

It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located next to a car wash and a high traffic area, at times it was loud.

Poor management. 9pm… After we checked in the clerk says, “ oh by the way, there’s no hot water.” A pipe broke. They’ll be working on it and it should be on by 8 am. No hot water by 7 am. They didn’t call a plumber, too expensive on Sunday. They’ll call one this am. I don’t expect a full refund but I did feel a reduction of rate was in order. The manager said he’d think about it. Never again will we stay at this franchise. They are putting people in charge that are not qualified in this industry but are allowed somehow to buy into the chain. pS the tv didn’t work either.

They didnt have the king room we reserved. But the did put us in a two queen room , but the first one the door did not lock. Which concerned me . Please check your doors when leaveing the make sure your door locks before leaving. The room was clean . But it took a while for the water to get hot.

It was alright.
Needed to make a last minute reservation for 1 night and made it for this place. It was alright. Room was clean but had trouble sleeping due to lots of road noise. Breakfast - well - pass.

We booked this hotel on the day as needed a rest stop whilst travelling on the I-75 corridor. In truth, we booked this hotel as it was the cheapest option near to the premium outlets (where we were visiting the following day). I am so glad we chose this hotel. The staff were all excellent - friendly and professional. The beds were absolutely superb for a budget hotel!! there is a pool, small but was happy to have a quick swim in the hot weather. There are several eateries nearby and a McDonalds across the car park if you don't want to travel too far I would highly recommend this hotel, book without any concerns

Don’t give a room in progress.
I appreciate the hotel was being upgraded, but I don’t think I should have a completed room not one in progress. There was no chair, no desk which I would have liked to complete my work, the air conditioner was noisy and had a sign said it was controlled by wall unit, which I spent time looking for which was not there. Did have an opportunity to talk to the housekeeper and she was very nice and she should be recognized.

I enjoyed the stay, except for the fact they were redoing rooms and I was awoke to pounding and banging in the next room Would of loved it if I was told they were renovating and that the pool was not usable at this time. Disappointed with those two things. Other than that the room I was in was very clean and the hotel was close to food, outlet mall and casino.
