"Location is convenient with a 10 minute walk to the MTR, close to bus stops, and many dining options around it. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Drinking water is provided, but you have to go into the hall to use the water fountain to fill up your water bottle, they also provide a water pitcher in the room for you. Free breakfast is provided, but it is very simple and small consisting of toast and small pancakes with butter and jam, served with coffee and tea as drink options."

Excellent choice for a stay in Hong Kong. Very central to everything and a few mins walk to Metro which can take you everywhere quickly. Lots of shops and food places nearby. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff.

Stayed in Eaton for 16 nights. Staffs were lovely and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Will stay here again in the future.

This is a modern, budget boutique hotel. The location is not very convenient, it’s far away from MRT station, but there are many bus stops nearby. Room is small, but new, bright and clean, bed was comfy, provided basic amenities. The complimentary breakfast was very simple, bread, fruit and coffee/tea. Wifi was good. Would definitely be back to stay at this hotel.

The W benefits from a fab location right on the MTR line. So it was great for getting from the airport, and sightseeing. Moreover its ethos is great too. We had a lovely room, with wonderful views and the amenities were top notch. Swimming pool and fitness area were beautiful. Breakfast featured everything you’d ever want. And the staff were exemplary. Thank you for a great stay.

A truly wonderful hotel with the most attentive and considerate staff (a special shout out to Lincoln for the upgrade).
Views are breathtaking and the hotel is spotless.
The bar and restaurant is great plus ozone was excellent too.
This is truly a step beyond any hotel I’ve stayed in.
Highly recommended.

We had a great stay and actually returned here for a second time during this trip—zero issues either time, and we’d gladly come back again.
The location is ideal, especially traveling as a family. You are very close to both East Tsim Sha Tsui and Tsim Sha Tsui stations, and having step-free/lift access at both made getting around with luggage and kids completely hassle-free. Whenever it got hot outside, walking through the connected MTR exits and nearby shopping malls was a relief since...

We had booked a harbour view room ( recommended!) and asked for a room near the top of the building - the views were magnificent. Room size was good for Hong Kong, lovely modern bathroom, minibar, all the usual stuff. Comfy large bed and large bath towels too. Quiet room as well.
We had breakfast and one lunch at MoMo's on 2nd floor which has an extensive buffet for a fixed price and was mixed chinese and western dishes. A safe bet if you are pushed for time or just tired! We booked all...

Pros:
Staff warm and excellent, room great and 2 mins from MTR
Cons:
Partially obscured view
Tip
There is no down escalator at the A3 exit of the MTR. The lift is at the back of the entrance some 20 yards away.

This was our second stay at The Hari after having an issue with a visa. We returned and the staff were very helpful.
If you can get breakfast included we would recommend as not many options in surrounding area.
We used the A11 bus from the airport which stops 2 minutes away
