Love Our Place in Eze

We went back for the second year! The view is beautiful and we love staying there. Not good for people who don't do well with steps, but well worth a few steps for the view. The train station is nearby, but drive there. The ticket machine was out of order and we got on the train thinking we could find the app quickly. Don't do that. We got a 50 euro fine each for a 2 euro train ride. The kitchen is well equipped and access is easy.

Beautiful View but Key Box Was Broken

The property was spacious and the views were spectacular. We would stay there again. Unfortunately, the box with the key combination did not work. We had to call the property manager who didn't speak English. Then we called Belvilla and spoke with a helpful woman who spoke French to the property manager with two cell phone facing each other and speakers turned on. Finally got in with a key from a other box that wasn't mentioned in our instructions. I am sure that this wasn't known, but the house smelled like an animal had died inside the wall. All this being said, we would stay there again.

Lovely location, spectacular view, and private pool. Parking is handy. Kitchen is well equipped. We would have loved this place but there was a terrible stink in the main bathroom. It smelled like a sewer, so much so that it made me gag at times. Seems to be a trap issue. The smell permeated the bedroom by floor (2nd). Such a shame and because of it I would not stay there again nor recommend it to friends. If that issue was fixed I would rate it Fantastic.

Die Küche sowie alke anderen Bereiche waren bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlte quasi an nichts.Wer nicht in der Garage parken kann (Deckenhöhe 2m) findet schwierig einen Parkplatz. Top Lage, sensationelle Aussicht. Gerne wieder!

Geweldig ruim huis met schitterend uitzicht op de zee. Drie slaapkamers, zwembad, alles met airco. Keuken goed geoutilleerd. Kortom, alles wat we nodig hadden voor een mooi verblijf op een rustige lokatie tussen Nice en Monaco. Beide steden zijn per trein eenvoudig te bereiken. We hadden geen auto bij ons, dus alles lopend gedaan. Supermarktbezoek kost dan ongeveer twee uur. Eerst lopen naar station en dan nog een halte met de trein. Het huis heeft wel veel trappen. Je moet goed ter been zijn.

Wir waren fast ein Woche hier. Das Haus ist fantastisch, liegt an einem Hang und ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Sie haben ein Garagen / Kellergeschoß, daß sie ebenerdig von der Straße betreten. Dort gibt es auch eine Einlegerwohung mit Bad und WC. Über eine schmale Treppe kann man innen (oder über eine Breitere Treppe außen) ins eigentliche Erdgeschoss gelangen. Dort ist das großzügige Bad mit Wanne und Dusche inkl. WC und zwei Schalfzimmer. Ausserdem gibt es heir eine Terasse mit gutem ausblick auf das Meer. Über den Voprraum kann man eine lange Treppe hinaufgehen in die Wohnküche wo ein großer Tisch ist und weitere sitzgelegenheiten udn ein TV. Es gibt einen mega großen Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter und ein Terasse mit mega Ausblick. Ausserdem können sie von hier über eine Aussentreppe hinauf zur Rooftop Terasse, wo sie einen genialen rundum Ausblick haben. Das Haus ist top, der Vermieter auch, der Hausmeister hat Luft nach oben, aber sie haben mit ihm nicht viel zu tun. Das Haus hat eine ultraschnelle Glalsfaseranbindung mit gemessenen 750Mbit down und 500mbit up. Das WLAN ist im EG und im OG top, im Kellergeschoss gibt es noch Potential aber vielleicht ist das schon verbessert. Die Garage bietet Platz für Fahrräder und Roller, auch ein normaler PKW hat Platz bis zur Höhe von ca. 1,70cm. Unser Bus mit 2m passte nicht hinein, es gab aber direkt vorm Haus ein Möglichkeit zu parken. Der Pool ist klein aber oho, für unsere Familie war die Größe aber vollkommen ausreichend, wir haben es sehr geschätzt. Mit dem Eigentümer hatten wir eine gute Kommunikation, danke Frits, daß du uns deine schöne Ferienvilla anvertraut hast.

surprise gazon synthétique et derrière la piscine âpres le terrain clos toutes les poubelles du quartier bilan moustique moustique ...de partout impossible de se baigner sans être piquer ou de faire un apéro le soir en extérieur avec la même punition...terrasse niveau cuisine minimaliste et garage très limite pour un break série 5...et sinon pas de pression d'eau pour douche mais superbe vue et la clim fonctionne bien;
