It's compact but designed to maximise the space (we get amazing feedback about the layout and design) with separate bedroom with double bed and super comfy mattress and wardrobe with drawers. Modern shower room, kitchenette (with combi microwave oven and 2 ring hob) and snug area (2 seater sofa, TV and small dining table) , decking area with garden furniture and access to shared laundry room and hot tub.
