"The big negatives first. I booked a classic room, paid extra for it. Arrived at the hotel and was taken to.... A normal room. The receptionist didn't bother to tell us we'd been downgraded, and when the difference in price was mentioned....this was completely ignored. She tried fobbing us off saying it's the same kind of room, despite making one as a classic room with 4 poster and the other as a standard king size room. Id paid for the 4 poster classic room not a normal one. It turns out that...
