Let me 1st start with our thoughts of the house. Stunning! It was super clean, wide open floor plan and tons of space. Every detail was well thought out and absolutely perfect. Everything you could possibly need inside and outside was available for use, to even include beach chairs and tents! The community was quiet, safe and all of the people that we encountered there were super friendly. The pool was very family friendly and just a short walk. A great added bonus was the shuttle to and from Bethany beach which, was only about a 15 minute drive. The check-in/check-out went seamlessly and could not have gone smoother. Now for the homeowner. The communication with him was fantastic and his responsiveness to texts/emails was amazing. He was a pleasure to work and It is quite obvious that he takes pride in his home.
