Starting with the positive: The pool and bbq area nice and great location. Property needs a deep cleaning. Mold on the bathroom curtain. Mold in the coffee maker and the pull out mattress was so old it was yellow. You could not sleep on either pull out. the balcony had a significant slope.

Me and my family enjoy apt101 but what would have made it better is if the air conditioning was all over. It was hot in the rooms. But over all I like it there this is my second stay with y’all. I’ll be there again maybe a board walk view. Service and staff was nice and helpful when needed

This location is great and there is a partial view of the ocean but that is where the positive stops. Oh, and the staff- who I actually felt sorry for because they know how nasty the place is but there’s not much they can do. The room was dirty, and smelled terribly like mold. There was mold in several places throughout the room. The TV did not work, there was only one end table & two beds- no other furniture to use to place items. And the carpet on the floor was disgusting. We tried to leave but could not be refunded so we stayed. First they offered to move us but ultimately did not. I was charged for parking- they refunded me that. I was charged a $100 deposit- which I have yet to be refunded. Do not stay at this hotel- maje a different choice.

Don't believe anything reception staff say over the phone. Room doesn't have even a microwave or small fridge. Extra charge for parking. Very thin walls and busy outdoor area with lots of noise. Would not recommend this location.

“We had a deluxe room”. You can tell the door to the room has been kicked in or broke into. They painted over it. However, the door was secure. Dirty walls. Paint stained on the furniture in the room. Marks on the headboard from previous damage. No curtains. Old blinds. If you’re looking for a place on the boardwalk close to the downtown area and don’t mind the room only being a sleep and shower place. It’s okay. It was the tiniest hotel bathroom I’ve ever used. The staff were super helpful and polite. You have to pay for parking but they have multiple lots.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Historic, older boarding-house style hotel. Needs updated and bathroom needed repairs to floor tiles and sink, but has on-site parking (for free), a nice pool and PRIME LOCATION. Based on other options, it's worth the cost. Staff very friendly. Great boardwalk location with outdoor seating.

Concert Weekend Getaway

Beach view was very good, enjoyed sitting on front porch just taking it all in. Room was clean. It is a very old building which shows its age. Water pressure was weak, and one morning there was no hot water. Did not use laundry facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff excellent. Room ready early. Loud at night until 11:45p.m. Older hotel w/ thin walls. Small parking lot. Tiny elevator. Many food options and shopping. On boardwalk. Easy beach access close by.
