"To begin with I was asked to pay £100 deposit on top of my room bill which was paid incorrect. I asked staff about this and was told there was a circa £18 service charge which they could remove, I kindly asked them too as I believe a room rate is inclusive and I should not be charged more There are no signs to the pool so I never found it The coffee shop staff were rude My booking included 20% off food but I was told all restaurants were separate to the hotel and therefore I would get no dis point but could use it at the rooftop bar - which upon inspection is a corridor width with only cocktails so we left The room was fine but nothing else was worth the money I paid The rooftop bar can play music until midnight on the weekends which I wasn’t advised of before booking. It also meant there were lots of people in and around the hotel from the bar It would suit some people but not for me "

"We arrived late. So obviously wanted to get checked in quickly. It was slow and the girl on reception was abrupt! We then went upstairs to get ready. My partner was using the hairdryer, which blew up, I immediately went downstairs to get a replacement. I was told housekeeping would bring one up later! I stressed the point it was needed asap. However, again I was told it was the job of housekeeping. So my partner could not dry her hair. Finally when we arrived back about 11.40 we were told the hairdryer had been replaced. The stay was disappointing. We travel a lot but will not return to this hotel!"

"Hotel itself is great and the staff were really friendly on check in. Room are small but comfy and very clean. The breakfast buffet was great too. Only downside is that the bar/restaurant in the hotel was really bad for drinks. They were super slow, forgot our orders and still put on a crazy service charge. Other than that it’s fab! "
