"Reviews were a little concerning but didn't need to worry at all. The lift direct from the subway to hotel made my life very easy. There was a queue at my arrival time of 3pm at self check in counters however within only a couple of minutes I was already checked in. Staff were available to assist if needed. My room had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee, a fridge and tv with variety of entertainment choices including free movies. Having the 7/11 shop on one of the floors was very convenient. Following check out, I was able to leave my luggage and walk to the centre, staff members who helped me were lovely. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to use the onsen but it was open until 2 am and looked inviting. I would not hesitate to return to an APA hotel in the future. "
