Very disappointing experience at B Ocean Resort. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days (Room 383), and unfortunately, the longer we stayed, the more issues we discovered. The elevator in this hotel doesn’t work. You have to wait 30 minutes to get into working elevator. At one point in my stay to avoid waiting I had to go up by stairs to the 22 nd floor. The key doesn’t work. The cleaning is terrible and no towels by the pool.
