We decided to go without a rental car and found this was a reasonable option as it was close to downtown and mass transit. While the overhead airplane noise took a bit of getting used to, the overall neighborhood was safe and quiet. The accommodations of the rental are adequate for 2 travelers in my mind. More than that would be tight.
