The staff was friendly and helpful. I would say the only downside was that the elevators were super slow for the most part. There were 4 elevators, but rarely were all 4 working. The unit boasted fabulous panoramic views that were a delight to wake up to each morning. It was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. However, it's worth noting that the elevator was extremely slow, often causing us to walk down several floors at times or use the service elevator instead. Despite this, the location is perfect for exploring the vibrant surroundings of Coconut Grove, and the high level of privacy and luxury in the unit made our stay unforgettable. Floor to ceiling windows and wrap around balconies take full advantage. The two floor layout gives privacy when traveling with family and the kitchen was well equipped! Beds very comfortable. It was spectacular! Gorgeous place, very comfortable, amazing views, fully equipped with everything we needed. Check in and check out was smooth, no problems or delays at all. We had a parking space in the hotel garage. And the location in Coconut Grove couldn't have been better. Everywhere we ate was within walking distance to the property.
