Novotel Miami Brickell
Great staff, great amenities, very accommodating with access to hotel before and after checkout. Rooftop is nice but smaller than expected, music extremely loud for the small space and some of the cushions had a weird smell and were dirty.

Fantastic condition, very helpful and friendly staff. Extremely high-tech. Tight quarters though well worth the trade off for the phenomenal location as it’s right in the heart of Brickell, next door to great restaurants and a 5-minute walk to the train/bus.

Hampton Inn & Suites Miami/Brickell-Downtown
A staff member (not housekeeping) let themselves into our room unannounced. When asked what she was doing i got no explanation. When i notified the front desk they offered no explanation either and did not seem concerned. We also had to go searching the floors for a working ice machine.

Very casual hotel. Staff as was very friendly and thorough.

Smart Brickell Hotel
The pool area not open, no onsite restaurant. Free train within walking distance along with some restaurants. The wi-fi was not very good. There was quite a bit of construction going on nearby.
