Complete department. No internal areas are shared. Spacious and bright.
A comfortable place, cleaning with Chlorine and Alcohol with each new guest, 24 hour security. Cameras in the common areas of the building. It has parking and elevator. In one of the safest areas of CDMX. 3 min. from Plaza Universidad, Patio Universidad, Pabellón del Valle. Close to shopping centers, pharmacies, restaurants. 5 min. from Metro Zapata and Parque de los Venados. 10 min. from the Coyoacán Center.

The space
Beautiful complete apartment. I don't know how they share areas. It consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a double bed. In addition, the living room has two sofa beds. Very bright and central. It has a parking space. It is located on the fifth floor and the building has an elevator.

Guest access
This complete apartment is delivered for your stay with services such as gas, electricity, water (hot and cold), internet. The latter with a speed of 100Mbps. You will have a parking space inside the condominium and guarded 24 hours a day and the building has an elevator.
It is important to note that we do not offer a washing machine/laundry service. You may see a washer and dryer in the photographs but they are both out of service. Sorry for this inconvenience.
