The hotel is located in an amazing area just blocks from the water & right next to several restaurants. The room was on the smaller side but perfect for our 2 night stay. Staff were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
Very cute boutique hotel. Rooms were on the small side, but you should be spending your time exploring San Diego. It’s situated in the middle of Little Italy. Very short walk to restaurants and bars. Although older, it was very well maintained.
Clean, spacious room for 2 adults (Murphy Bed). You can not beat the location to the Little Italy Plaza and all the restaurants/shops. Very friendly and helpful staff.
it was very clean. The air-conditioning was wonderful considering it was over 100° outside. That was very good. It’s located right in the heart of Little Italy. It’s a fun place to stay.
The staff was extremely friendly & helpful at check in. The area was exactly what me & my partner needed for a music festival. The venue, bars, & other restaurants were all walkable. You do pay $25 for parking a night if you don’t want to search for one on the street, but I thought it was worth it!

The room was adequate for the stay but I feel wasn’t worth the money we paid for the night. It was clean but a bit run down.
It is in the heart of little Italy so it’s walking distance from farmers market , restaurants and shops. The staff is really nice ! Which was the best part of the stay!
Loved the location- right in the heart of Little Italy. As a single traveler I felt safe with lots of eating options. The rooms were okay. Some things were old and sloppyly painted and my room looked out at a narrow stretch of rooms out to the street. Room A/C okay. Not a 3 star but more like a 2 stars. Breakfast adequate - mini danish pastries, yogurt, apples, oranges, string cheese and boxed juices.

The location couldn't have been better! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room, meh. The toilet handle had to be held down until flushing was complete, the shower got lukewarm at best and the view was non-existent. I mean for San Diego the price was pretty good and like I said we walked out the door and were in the heart of lovely Little Italy. I would stay there again, but maybe ask for a higher room with some light.
Thanks,
Jack
For a person with a dairy allergy, breakfast was non-existent. I also have to drink decaf coffee for a different issue and there wasn't any available at the breakfast counter.
The rest of the stay was good.
Perfect location in little Italy and steps away from the framers market. Staff is very friendly. Rooms can be a little small, but definitely recommend and very fairly priced.
The staff was friendly. The location was ideal. The small refrigerator in the room was exactly what we needed. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was an added bonus for us.
The staff was excellent and the hotel is super clean. The location is the best feature! Just a short to restaurants and shops. Our rooms was small but had everything we needed.
