Lovely family run business.

Simply perfect!

Very nice and spacious room. Nicely decorated and clean. Friendly and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a great stay at the hotel, it’s well positioned near to the station for trips to Venice, and an easy walk to the Restaurants of Treviso. Run by a lovely couple. Breakfast is excellent. It is well run and very clean.

Perfect, clean charming house as the name says. Very good breakfast.

Excellent location, lovely breakfast prepared, spotlessly clean, lovely room. Well looked after by the owner, couldn't fault a thing.

The place is absolutely incredible, felt like staying in the most romantic and lovely room ever. It clean, luxurious and spacious, full of rustic charm. We had suite room (annex): two floors (living room/dinning room and little kitchenette downstairs, bedroom and bathroom upstairs) with our own private entrance. Honestly, you will never get such chick in any hotel! Hosts are the most caring and wonderful warm people! Very kind, attentive and charming. Filippo got in touch with us before...

Wonderful place to stay in Venice in a perfect location close to Rialto Bridge. The courtyard was very nice and quiet for breakfast in the morning and a place to relax in the evening. The host was superb and to room was very clean and well maintained. I would love to stay again.

Laura was amazing. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Location is great!

A home touch The room is part of the owner’s house. It was clean. Breakfast was served well with a nice chat with his wife. The location is walking distance from every where. It was a 15 mins walk from Plazzo Romano from where you can get a bus or taxi to and from airport round the clock We were also provided with breakfast to go as we left in the early hours of the morning. A highly recommend place

Lovely rooms, very comfortable, quiet and clean. It was the perfect option for an escape to Venice. The service was amazing. The location was perfect to explore different parts of Venice, close to shops and loads of restaurants (big & small). I totally recommend it.

A lovely stay. Nice clean room. Very friendly owner, with some good recommendations of things to see and do in Venice. Perfect location and lovely breakfast too. Couldn't fault our stay. Thank you!

Wow… what an experience. When we walked through the door into our room and saw the amazing facilities, decor and view, we felt certain that we had booked one of the most special places my family and I have ever stayed at. Thank you so much to all the staff for providing us with an experience we will never forget.

Exceptionally beautiful room. The roof top terrace is an amazing part to go and have the free Prosecco. Lovely seating area to have the delicious breakfast.

We’ve been to Venice many times but on this occasion we decided to stay at Casa Kirsch because we wanted somewhere close to St Marks Square. Firstly, my wife and I want to thank the amazing staff. We collected our room security code from the front desk of their sister hotel (Ca Dei Dogi), about 1 minute walk away. The gentleman there was very polite, helpful and professional. Every day our room was cleaned to a very high standard but the lady we saw in our building. A big thank you to her. Our...
