"Great location and view! The room was lovely. The only issue we had is that the air conditioning wouldn't turn lower than 20 degrees and when I contacted the staff, they said they would reduce the temperature but it didn't ever fall below that... Made it uncomfortable and hard to sleep"

While often overlooked as Venice's mainland gateway, Mestre offers its own treasures with the striking Torre Civica and vibrant Piazza Ferretto at its heart. Catch performances at Teatro Toniolo or rent bikes to explore Parco San Giuliano's green spaces with spectacular views across the lagoon.
Had a great stay at the hotel, it’s well positioned near to the station for trips to Venice, and an easy walk to the Restaurants of Treviso. Run by a lovely couple. Breakfast is excellent. It is well run and very clean.

The place is absolutely incredible, felt like staying in the most romantic and lovely room ever. It clean, luxurious and spacious, full of rustic charm. We had suite room (annex): two floors (living room/dinning room and little kitchenette downstairs, bedroom and bathroom upstairs) with our own private entrance. Honestly, you will never get such chick in any hotel!
Hosts are the most caring and wonderful warm people! Very kind, attentive and charming. Filippo got in touch with us before...

Wonderful place to stay in Venice in a perfect location close to Rialto Bridge. The courtyard was very nice and quiet for breakfast in the morning and a place to relax in the evening. The host was superb and to room was very clean and well maintained. I would love to stay again.

A home touch
The room is part of the owner’s house. It was clean. Breakfast was served well with a nice chat with his wife. The location is walking distance from every where. It was a 15 mins walk from Plazzo Romano from where you can get a bus or taxi to and from airport round the clock
We were also provided with breakfast to go as we left in the early hours of the morning.
A highly recommend place

Wow… what an experience. When we walked through the door into our room and saw the amazing facilities, decor and view, we felt certain that we had booked one of the most special places my family and I have ever stayed at.
Thank you so much to all the staff for providing us with an experience we will never forget.

We’ve been to Venice many times but on this occasion we decided to stay at Casa Kirsch because we wanted somewhere close to St Marks Square.
Firstly, my wife and I want to thank the amazing staff. We collected our room security code from the front desk of their sister hotel (Ca Dei Dogi), about 1 minute walk away. The gentleman there was very polite, helpful and professional. Every day our room was cleaned to a very high standard but the lady we saw in our building. A big thank you to her.
