"Our stay at the Chania Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary! The hotel is impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located—everything you could want for a stay in Chania.
But what truly set this experience apart was the incredible staff, especially Demos. From start to finish, Demos went above and beyond in every way imaginable—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. He continuously anticipated our needs and made sure our stay was perfect. His dedication and warmth made us feel like we were staying with family rather than at a hotel.
We also had amazing interactions with Nadia from the breakfast team, who was kind and welcoming, and Maximus at the front desk, who was always helpful and professional.
If you want a hotel where you feel truly cared for, in a pristine and convenient location, Chania Hotel is it—and Demos makes it unforgettable!"
"The hotel was lovely. The staff were friendly and suoer helpful. Had to change our room after the 1st as there was a strange smell but the hotel staff were super helpful in the change whilst we enjoyed the pool. The food was amazing hats off to the chef and his staff and the wait staff. The cleaning lady was super sweet and left our room spotless everyday. The Spa and gym facilites were great and the treatments were reasonably priced. All in all a great saty only spoilt on the last night when some mad drunk women spent the best part of 30 mins screaming and shouting thru the corridor at 2am. Was too tired and relaxed from my massage earlier on in the day to complain. But would highly recommend this place if your looking for somewhere to relax and unwind. Would defo come back but for longer next time maybe 10 days."
"Very helpful staff, ceru clean, recently refurbished room and hotel, excellent location if you re not driving can walk anywhere in chania and easy access to the beach. If you re driving parking can be a nightmare."
"The rooms were spacious, the buffet breakfast delicious and the staff was very friendly. However, our key didn't work. I had to go to the lobby 7 times for this, which was a hassle. Also, in a 5 star resort there should be some things for kids to play with in the pool and more pampering amenities in the room, beside the obligatory shower cap. Also, a free shuttle to Chania would have been a big advantage. "
