"What a beautiful property and what a beautiful, extreme professional staff the only exception is the swimming pool situation when I’m seeing kids defecating inside the pool and that was a turn off for the experience, not be able to use the pool because of what I’ve seen between dirty diapers and parents tried to hide the kids number one and number two it was very, very, very upsetting. Also, in a 5 star resort there should be some things for kids to play with in the pool and more pampering amenities in the room, beside the obligatory shower cap.
