"We had a great stay at this flat. It was clean, in a fantastic location, and comfortably accommodated five adults. Although the check-in email wasn't sent, it wasn't the host's fault and everything was resolved without issue. The host went above and beyond to help us, which we really appreciated. We had a wonderful night here with our family and would happily stay again."

"There is no parking for this place. The parking that they list on their email is only for permit holders. This greatly reduced my rating. The apartment itself could use a good deep clean. Tons of dust, the couch was covered in stains, the blanket on the couch was very smelly and dirty. The location is okay, far walks and bus rides to everything. "

"The location is great- a bit removed from the hustle of the tourist areas in Edinburgh but an easy bus ride in. Plus the neighborhood has great shops and restaurants. I love this hotel - always quiet and comfortable!"
