"Hotel is dated. Only one lift working. Breakfast was very poor. Food was cold and seemed like it had been lying for a while. Informed staff however they didnt seem interested. Wont stay here again. "

"The location was great, walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. Room was very clean and staff friendly. The property although in a clean condition is outdated. For those sensitive to noise, be mindful that we can hear people walking in the room above. Also, property sits over two bars/restaurants and on weekends the noise can be loud."

"We were not advised of refurbishment works. Hotel was shabby and untidy due to this. Early morning building works that should not have happened that early caused lack of sleep. No hot water in the morning so unable to shower."
