"Very disappointing to arrive on site a 1845 and discover that there was no restaurant facilities and no bar available for a drink. The booking confirmation stated that both were open 11 till late, but it's actually 6pm when the restaurant closes. There is an expensive shop open to buy student type food, but we didnt fancy pot noodle when we were hoping to be dining in the restaurant. Very misleading information. "

"This is a beautiful old warehouse, which was quiet and comfortable. We felt we could come and go as we pleased. We didnt use any on site facilities, but it all looked clean and vibrant. The bed was comfy, just lacked some instructions to work the oven/microwave. Overall an excellent base to explore Manchester."

"Wonderful experience. Room was newly refurbished, clean and very comfortable including great pillows and lovely bed. Lovely bath and shower and bathroom. Toiletries included.( Impressed had recycling bin in the room as well as rubbish!) Would absolutely come back. Delicious buffet breakfast with fantastic variety and omelette made fresh to your choice Staff all charming and helpful."
