"The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating! Every request that I made was fulfilled happily. The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was a good variety of food for breakfast. Our dog stayed with us and there was a very nice area for her to run around."

"It was a free bee night from hotel. com , we was not treated any different, we have book to stray next month , only thing wrong in the room was the tv and the mirror need to be swapped , but that just my opinion as the settee was opposite the mirror , if we took a hot shower or bath , I didn’t know where the ventaxia didn’t work or no paperwork to tell you , how it works , but other wise the room was clean , bedding was clean , love the touch that angie done it "

"Perfect stop on our way home from Paris to where we live in Wales. Very comfortable and spacious family room. Conveniently located next to major roads and easy to find. Hope to stay here again "

"We both had the best sleep for years. Bed very comfortable, fantastic pillows and a quiet neighbourhood. Yes it’s a little aged but it’s an old building and everything worked as it should. We had extra pillows and used the spare duvet as well as we were a bit cold from being out late and we slept really well. Transport on the DLR was efficient and it took about 4/5 minutes to the hotel. Would definitely recommend. "

"Good and convenient for Excel. Carpark half out of use due to Excel extension but we can use Excel carpark for free as an Aloft guest."
