This guy s a fantastic hotel! Wonderful facilities and food. Also, the staff are super helpful and friendly - sent us to a great garage who fixed our broken rear view mirror The area is spectacular! A five star place!

I would like to say Rita is a fabulous lady and host. Very warm welcome and had the best night sleep for a long time. Very close to station and pizzeria. Home made pasta was delicious. Highly recommended. Will be staying again. Thank you Rita.

Amazing hotel , spectacular views ,food was delicious and the staff were exceptional Book a room with breakfast as probably works out cheaper especially if you don't have a car to get to Barga You can take a shuttle from hotel but only at certain times so this can be limiting.. Taxi service available but expensive if only two of you paying, car hire is very reasonable and you can make the most of the area as lots of places to visit. We took a train to Pisa from Barga for a day trip which was...

The hotel was lovely - a big spacious room. The staff were attentive and helpful especially the chambermaid and the engineering student from Pisa! Breakfast was plentiful and interesting. Very peacefull apart from the market morning when stalls are set up very early in the main street. Alittle bit of heaven in such interesting surroundings. We ate in the sister hotel but think the nearby Foriestieri was 5 Star - highly recommended in fab building. Beware portions are large.

Villa de Tuia is just perfect in every way. Our room was beautiful as was the bathroom which had quality fittings. The hosts were very attentive. Breakfast was excellent and was of good quality. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Jayne and Peter x

Absolutely beautiful property in an idyllic location surrounded by greenery. Staff were welcoming and helpful, breakfast was absolutely delicious and a real highlight each morning. The swimming pool area was lovely although watch out for mosquitoes! Would definitely return.

Valentina and Pietro were both amazing. Property location was perfect. Clean, different and facilities were excellent. Loved the fact that Valentina kept in touch all through our stay and sent helpful guides and map to us. Also lovely pictures of Lucca. We will return.

The property is reaslly nice with large spacious rooms. The hotel is located in a very peaceful remote location with stunning views. The pool was really nice, but could do with some heating and it would be nice if there was a small fitness centre on-site. There was a limited lunch menu based on being so remote. Dinner was great, but a very small restaurant. The couple managing the hotel were really friendly

Beautiful peaceful location but only 20 minutes from Lucca, very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Room spacious and comfortable with a great view. Swimming pool great a really relaxing stay. Restaurant next door also very good food 😊

The villa is beautiful and rather room we had was exceptional the owner was so helpful and really made the stay,breakfast was fab and the terrace fantastic

Accommodating, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, location superb for easy reach inside Lucca walls, quirky and not your run of the mill small hotel. Breakfast best we've ever had and we're frequent travellers. Hosts fantastic. Bed and room comfortable. Highly recommend.
