Staff very friendly and exceptional location but… weirdest room design layout and issues with fixtures and bathroom door that wouldn’t close. The shower is literally in the room and is surrounded by glass so there is no privacy. The windows don’t block out much noise from the street. And the weirdest part were the plastic!! pillows on the bed. After a few nights my neck was sore. Breakfast was standard but is right next to the parking garage in the basement. Lastly, not sure why after every room cleaning I had to ask for towels as the cleaning staff took them to clean but never brought replaced. It happened 4 times in a row. Just an oddly run place.

Buenas tardes , gracias por su comentario , nos ayuda a mejorar para seguir brindando un buen servicio, nuestras almuadas tiene un forro llamado antifluidos es un requerimiento sanitario, pero los huesped se lo pueden quitar si es su gusto , nuestro comedor es nuevo y estamos comenzando , pedimos mil disculpas por no llevarles las toallas a tiempo estamos mejorando cada dia mas mil gracias

Las habitaciones no son las mejores, son muy oscuras y no tienen ventanas ni buena ventilación, la limpieza a los cuartos no es muy buena, y el parqueadero es en la calle. Las personas que atienden el hotel son Amables.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 night. Room service opened my luggage and stole money from it. The guy in the lobby is a great person and has a great customer service.

Really nice hotel. Clean, confortable, good service. Hotel is located in a safe area of Laureles near restaraunts and stores. I recommend. Good place to stay.

Not sure why there are no bedsheets on the bed? Bed is VERY hard. Great area and this property is a good value for the money. Nice mini bar selection. Good water pressure and shower. No closet?

The staff at this new hotel could not have been nicer and more helpful, and my room was a good deal overall for the price. I especially liked the shower and big bed. But my room didn't have a closet, which was odd. (I had to go out and buy a clothes rack). And they just opened this hotel ... before the elevator was working properly, which meant climbing 4 floors of stairs several times a day. I didn't mind the exercise, but they really shouldn't have opened the hotel until the elevator was working properly.

The hotel address and the phone number are listed wrong on expedia and on google. Couldnt get in touch with the front desk and had a hard time finding the hotel. There was no blanket , and the room door wouldnt close properly until you try couple of times. Then i had to deal with the construction noise.

Buenas noches para la familia infiniry , fue un placer haberle atendido, lamentamos el incovenientes que presento su primera habitacion , le aseguramos tomamos muy encerio la limpiezas y desinfeccion de nuestras intalaciones y estamos cumpliendo con todos los codigos sanitarios ,casualmente en este mes se acaba de fumigar , pedimos mil disculpa estaremos mas atentos a este tipo de insidentes para que no se repitan mil gracias

Bastante bien
Excelente ubicación, sin ruido externo para descansar tranquilamente, habitaciones confortables. Mi estancia la realice en dos habitaciones diferentes, en la primera habían elementos de la habitacion que no estaban correctamente instalados, hace falta algo de mantenimiento. En general, los jabones para el cliente no son buenos. El desayuno algo repetitivo, con pocas opciones, eso considerando que estuve por varios dias.
