The hotel is very dated and is in need of modernisation. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff were friendly too. In a good location near Tyson’s corner, which is great for shopping or getting the metro in to central DC.
I was there in business and have been in the area at other properties and feel like this is the place I will continue to go back to. Staff were cordial and professional, room was clean and comfortable.
Only thing is that I was in the top floor and rooftop units were too loud during the night. The in too fridge was also noisy. All minor issues and will not keep me from going back.
The check in/ check out persons were very polite, quick and courteous.

Front office staff is very helpful and accommodating my parents handicap needs. Very good experience in this hotel. Room is clean and comfortable. We will be back again for sure.

Clean, parking garage attached, minutes walk to Galleria and metro station. Breakfast was buffet, but first greeted by staff asking what we wanted to drink, then brought us the drinks, at the end they gave us a slip to sign with room number on it and gratuity.

I don’t really have any complaints besides the hotel didn’t really have any food. I called for room service and was told they didn’t have anyone to work the “restaurant”. Everything else was pretty great. Man working the morning I left was REALLY nice.

The room was not ready. Staff was not informed of the room being ready. On the website it says free breakfast. That’s not the case .

The hotel itself was very comfortable. I was looking forward to sitting in front of the fireplace in the lobby, as it was freezing outside. But the fireplace wasn’t lit!
Also, on Hotels.com it said parking was free, but that’s only for the 30-minute above-ground spots. The charge for parking in the overnight garage is $10 per night.

Enjoyed the stay at this hotel.
Had an initial issue getting a taxi from the station but once that was sorted found the hotel and the environment very much to our satisfaction.
The hotel is a 10 minute walk away from the metro and provides excellent way to get around DC.
