"Staying at Rosebank Guest House was fantastic. I was on a solo trip to Scotland and was very anxious about it all. Caroline was so welcoming and helpful, truly a lovely lady.
The guest house was spotless, super comfortable and clean. The room was very nice, posh bathroom and pretty decor, bed was superbly comfortable and it was brilliant to have a stocked fridge with fresh water and milk for a much needed cuppa!
Breakfast was lovely also, hats off to the chef! All round great stay, would recommend and I’ll definitely be back to stay again! "

"The hotel is quite famous in perth and is an old hotel. Looks can be deceptive though as the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a rainfall shower which was great it took a couple of minutes to warm up but that wasnt a problem. Complimentary toiletaries in the bathroom. Tea and coffee in the bedroom. Flat screen TV. The hotel has a lift to all floors. Breakfast is in the ballroom and is a buffet but you can ask if there are things you dont see. There is a bar which serves meals in the evening. Staff were all very friendly."
"Great value for the money . Read the reviews and was a little sceptical but now I have been I would definitely stay again.
Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Was great for Rewind
Staff were very friendly and helpful .
Could walk to city centre or get one of the many buses that stopped outside the hotel. Based on all the above , it was a great hotel to stay in while visiting Perth. Basic but nice. "
