The spa was great, and the gym facility was readily accessible and clean. The resort and restaurants themselves are great, but have some strange policies- the resort refuses to give you a second room key which makes the stay quite inconvenient. I don’t know where to start really….Rosy and her sons are lovely, warm hearted people and will go out of their way to help you, whether it’s organising a rental scooter, airport transfer or even advising on where to visit. My room, no 3, was quiet and peaceful. The bed was the most comfortable I’d slept in during my (so far) 6 weeks in India. I simply cannot recommend this place enough..go, stay, sleep and enjoy. "I would give a 5 star for the room and the location. The service was terrible. We stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping came only once after 10 calls. To order anything in the room, it would take 2-3 calls. I had booked the hotel from abroad and on reaching there, they had no records besides showing them a confirmation email but after waiting for a bit, got it sorted eventually. On asking for a bill for the room service, i was denied and only got told what i ordered which obviously i knew....
