These issues significantly impacted the overall experience and did not reflect the level of quality or hygiene expected from a hotel marketed as a 5-star property. At dinner at one of the restaurants, cheese was added to our vegan pasta and another day, I had to remind the waiter 3 times to get me a beer. This last item is not something that can be controlled but there were too many families with unruly kids so if you are hoping for a quiet time, perhaps this is not the best option.
