"Arrived later than expected due to delays at the Channel Tunnel but staff kept the restaurant open so we could get some dinner. Rooms were good and shower hot. Breakfast was nice with a mixture of cereal, bacon & eggs, toast/breads, cheese/meat, croissants/pain au chocolat, etc.
Good place for us to stay the night to break up our jounrney"

"Cadre exterieur très agréable, possibilité d'utiliser la cuisine et les pièces communes ( salle de bain et wc y compris) Sydney est sympa et à l'écoute.
Seul hic : très peut ou pas de réseau, un.partage de connexion serait au top"

"This hotel was a great find. The staff was GREAT. The room was small, but so clean and so comfortable. GREAT shower, towels, sheets, and so forth. Highly recommend it. We were a short drive into Rouen so very convenient. Safe, secure parking. Great experience. Thanks!"

"We weren't expecting much given it only cost €64 for our room but the room was super and the hotel quite modern with an Indian restaurant onsite at the lower level."

Cycling London to Paris. This was our first stop. No bike storage, but chained to railings in full sight of 24hr reception.
Hotel was very nice, and looking at staying here again. Food was delicious, including evening buffet. Staff were very helpful, including escorting us to see the chef to discuss vegetarian buffet options (and help with language barrier).
Unfortunately, we did not have a long enough stay to enjoy the hotel's facilities (pool, spa, golf, grounds, etc), but would look at...

This hotel was a very lucky find!
So much so that we have re booked for our journey back to Calais.
Very dog friendly & good areas out of the back of the hotel for late night/ early morning exercise etc. Staff were so accommodating & in particular the Manager helped me make calls to other hotels we were due to stay in to confirm/cancel stays. Couldn’t ask for better plus, evening meal was excellent!!
Many thanks! X

Friendly welcome and efficient staff. The room was very clean and spacious. Lovely bathroom with good pressure in the shower. Parking is fine but a little tight with a larger car.

Very comfortable stay. The host was very welcoming and very friendly. Our room was typically French and very comfortable. Tha property is convenient for trips yo and from Dieppe, a trip we often make and we will aim to stay here on future trips.

A very quiet and peaceful location, some distance away from town. Pascalle was very welcoming and interesting to talk to. The room was large and comfortable but the bed is very low to the ground. The shower was excellent and the breakfasts were typical French petit dejeuner, but all organic and super quality.
A selection of different Ayurvedic massages were available but we didn't take any on this occasion. The owner also has a couple of donkeys which looked very well cared for.

Booking a second Holiday Inn Express for 2026 was a great choice. The hotel is easy to find in Rouen and made for a very comfortable stay. A big credit goes out to Fabrice who noted my Wife and Father-In-Law are disabled and allocated rooms accordingly for our party. That was much appreciated. We had rooms 014 and 114 which were found spotless and made for a comfortable nights stay. There is a bar which serves a limited menu to which the Pizzas were great and the Croque Monsieur wasn’t bad...

Very pleasant surprise that the hotel is ideally suited for sight-seeing in Roen (see below), located around the corner from Market Square with the modern Joan of Arc Church and the site of where she was burnt on the stake. Great being close to Market square, which is surrounded by bars and restaurants.
The hotel is superb and deserves its 5 stars in terms of service, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, bedroom and bathroom and amenities (though a jucuzzi would be a welcome addition to...

Convenient to main routes. 2 hours away from Calais. Room was quiet but disabled access was limited. Bathroom was adapted for disabled guest but the shower was the most tricky I have ever had to get into.

Set in the heart of the buzzing old town of Rouen, this modern hotel is set in a quiet courtyard.
The room was new/modern with all the facilities you’d expect.
The only slight gripe is that the (good) buffet breakfast was set out in such a way that only about two people could access it at any one time.

Lovely place to stay, clean, friendly, affordable. The only down side was the guests in the room next door thinking they had discovered a secret door into our room at midnight.
