It is one of the oldest buildings of the bay from the 1930s and made entirely with load-bearing masonry limestone so with a high thermal insulation.

Unique Place !
Villa La Punta is a unique and beautiful place. The house has beautiful interior and exterior and the secluded location right at the sea gives it very special energy and privacy. At the same time it is in short walking distance from amazing restaurants and ideally located for longer excursions along the Amalfi coast and to Capri. We enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend this property for a small group of friends who wants to enjoy quality time together. Raffaele was incredibly helpful before and during our stay, responding quickly to all our requests and giving advice regarding transport and things to do.

Hidden Gem
My husband and our 13 year old stayed here for four days the first week of October. Four days too short. Knowing what we know now, we would have stayed forever. In fact, we were thinking of never leaving. So, a return trip will happen. To be able to unwind at this beautiful property and do nothing but eat well at the handful of local restaurants, jump off the rocks down from the villa into the water, watch the boats from the patio, rent a boat ourselves, and sleep peacefully with the ocean breeze is priceless. We can not recommend enough! Raffaele was a kind and gracious host and takes pride in his villa. Everything inside and out was immaculate and comfortable. Thank you Raffaele for providing this once in a lifetime experience, but hopefully more than once in our life. Fino all prossima volta!

Beautiful Villa
Our recent stay in mid September was just what we were looking for! We stayed for 4 nights after visiting busy Rome and Florence. The villa itself is beautiful and clean. You do have to expect some insects if you leave your windows open all of the time. We closed the windows at night and used the AC to sleep. The AC worked great! We are from AZ so appreciate good AC. We spent most of our days and evenings on the beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the town and watching the daily activities in this lovely Marina. We ate at Mary's Beach every night because the staff and food were outstanding. The local market has pretty much everything you would need and there is a bancomat right outside. Bar Titonno is great for gelato, coffee, small bites and a great view to sit and relax. We only used the outdoor shower for it was awesome to shower with a sea breeze and it is much larger than any other Italian shower I have ever used! The host Raffaelle is a true Premier host. He is very personable, helpful and responds quickly to all inquiries and questions. He felt like a friend that you knew for many years. If you want a non-touristy vibe to a small sea side town away from the craziness near the Amalfi coast, this is it! If you plan to explore other towns on the Amalfi coast or Sorrento you will need a car. We elected to just chill and enjoy the town by foot and hired a private boat captain one day for a customizable tour of the coast and around Capri. Loved every day here! Book it.

Location, Location, Location!!!
You couldn't possibly have a better location with this property. I think it's truly unbeatable, on the Amalfi coast, especially if you're traveling with kids. It's located on a quiet bay, in Nerano, and you don't have to walk up and down hills to get to your home. There is a quaint little town with plenty of restaurants, even a Michelin-starred one, a tiny market that will have everything you need and a nice beach. However, you won't even need to go to the beach -we swam right off the rocks outside our property... it was like having your very own private swimming area. My kids called it their private pool. And the views right from your own patio are incredible, much more stunning than the pictures portray. We took a boat to Capri one day and then up the Amalfi coast the next day, and those boat trips were fantastic. We were able to take the boats right out of Nerano, which was very convenient. Rafaelle recommended his friend Giuseppe for the boat rentals, and again, these trips were a highlight of our stay. From our home, we could hike up the hill over the peninsula, for only about 0.3 miles, to arrive at a gorgeous and super fun beach club. The hike itself is stunning and the cove with the beach club is also gorgeous. My only complaint about the house is that it is not as well-stocked as I expected for a house at this price point. I'd expect better amenities, sheets and bedding, towels, kitchen supplies and household supplies for the price we paid for the house.

Perfect in every way!
What a great location - so near to all kinds of wonderful restaurants and easy access to boats for day trips to Capri and Positano/Amalfi. We enjoyed every single moment and can’t wait to go back! Raffaele was amazing and so helpful. There is so much space in the villa and it is gorgeous! We miss it already!!

Gorgeous property!
This is an absolutely amazing house! The pictures, although gorgeous, don’t do the place justice. It’s the perfect combination of old world charm and world class conveniences. We absolutely loved the quaint little town where everyone made us feel like long lost relatives in for a visit.

Incredible location, even in winter!
Fantastic host who met us on arrival and assisted with getting luggage across the beach to this unique villa. Gorgeous villa to retreat to after wintry days exploring local hiking paths and villages. Must have a car. Highly recommended.

Wonderful villa and location
We were afraid that we had unrealistic expectations for this villa, but they were exceeded! Wonderful, private spot right on the water--stunning views. The house was clean and lovely. We had delicious meals at a different restaurant every night; all located just a short walk away with a view of the beach. The weather, unfortunately, did not cooperate and we were not able to rent a boat as we had hoped. But, you can rent a boat for your own use just a few steps away from the villa. Or, you can hire a captain to take you to Capri, Sorento, and other sites for a reasonable price. I'm sorry we could not take advantage of this, but we still enjoyed our stay at Marina del Cantone tremendously. Raffaele could not have been more accommodating. He welcomed us warmly and was very responsive to all our questions. Excellent vacation spot!

Special
My husband and I were lucky enough to spend 10 nights here recently. We loved the town, the people who live and work there, the laid back vibe, the amazingly fresh seafood found in the area, the house's setting on the sea, the covered terrace, the outdoor shower/bathroom and even the amazing tile floors. The thing we loved the most was sitting on the deck and being entertained by the goings on in the bay. It was a real treat for us. You can absolutely believe the other reviews about how nice the villa is and how unique the setting is. Raffaele is a nice guy and a great host! He checked in on us mid-stay to make sure all was well. We usually don't visit a place more than once, but we are seriously tempted to do so by this villa and Nerano.

Simply incredible
This place is a gem. The location is incredible and the house is even better then the pictures. We opted out of staying in the more tourist locations such as Postinano or Capri and we are glad we did. The more laid back Nerano allowed for our younger kids to explore with out us and made the trip more relaxed. We arrived by taxi and rented a boat for a majority of our stay to go explore the Amalifi Coast, and in my opinion this is the best approach. The host, Raffaelle, is also fantastic. Can’t say enough good things about our stay.
