From the get go, the owner (I presume) wasn't welcoming and throughout our stay we felt like we were a burden and the hotel wanted us gone - the only time the owner smiled was when they asked us about check out and we flagged we would be leaving early....
We really struggled to get a good night's sleep as well - I think we had been placed in the room under reception and could hear every conversation, phone call, footstep and toilet visit (unpleasant I know!). I normally wouldn't write a review in such detail but the fact before checking in they knew it was my partner's birthday... At least give us a quiet room!
The thing is, the hotel room is ridiculously beautiful and if you can put up with awful customer service then you HAVE to stay here, I couldn't get over the views, I'm still speachless!
Also, there was a lovely lady and a young guy who did the breakfast service during our service, they definitely made up for the overall bad service
