"Chose a one night stay here to catch the train the following day. The hotel looks almost brand new and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Very comfortable and well appointed with a spotless room and comfy bed. Highly recommended when budgeting a trip to Mokpo over the higher priced nearby and older options. "Clean hotel with good amenities (fridge, kettle, TV, small table and chair and even a small vanity and stool). It was relatively quiet. We never took public transport; we walked everywhere. There are convenient stores around the corner and hotel is walking distance from train station and a couple of streets in that area with lots of restaurants and shops. There are seafood/fish restaurants in the other direction (street closer to the water). It's also 10 minutes by taxi to the ferry to Jeju...

"Great experience since I wanted to stay in a hanok. It’s a little far from everything and it takes roughly 30 min to call for a taxi. Easy to stay at if you bring/rent a car. The area was very quiet and it made me feel like I was living in one of the old school king/Joseon/Koryo era dynasties. 😆 I’d stay again, but would rent a car. The rooms were great. You have to sleep on the hard, but warm floors. But that’s part of the experience. It’s a beautiful setting. "
