Service needs improvement. We waited an hour to check-in because there was no receptionist and often there was no receptionist to ask questions. Even when we were checking out of the hotel (8:00am), the receptionist was asleep and could not call a taxi for us. Overall, receptionist service was poor. Rooms were of good size and clean, with daily housekeeping. Bread/jam was made available each morning for breakfast with cold water and cold beverages available throughout the day in the lobby. Hot coffee machine was nice! Hotel is difficult to find, and the cab driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel the first time. The hotel is accessible by bus and it is about 15 min by taxi (6-7000 won) to the main bus station in Mokpo.
