"All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. Travelling by train, we found the entrance to hotel in the station very helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

The lift was a wonder - long waits at busy times, 2 people plus luggage and sounding like a dumb waiter. It was not clear why the HP sauce bottles at breakfast were only available on request - is there a shortage?"
