Firstly I have to say the staff were all wonderful throughout the stay.
The other standout of the hotel was the breakfasts - plentiful, varied, high quality, generally amazing.
The hotel is well located and the facilities were very nice, definitely a recommendation from us

The welcome at reception was great , and the room was spacious, clean and quiet, despite the tram improvements going on outside , but it didn’t cause any problems with getting in or out , the staff were very pleasant and helpful if needing anything

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Excelsior in Munich. The location is excellent — very convenient for public transport and within easy reach of the city centre and many of Munich’s main attractions.
The hotel was comfortable, clean and well maintained, but what impressed me most was the service. The staff were professional, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout my stay, which made the whole experience even better.
I was very happy with my stay and would definitely choose Hotel Excelsior...

The hotel was perfect! Only 3 stops on the bus to the nearest railway station (good when you have suitcases) and a short walk to the underground. The room was very clean. When we discovered a fault with the hairdryer it was fixed instantly. The free laundry room was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was well situated. A 10 min walk from Munich station and 20min walk from the old town. Many nice restaurants near by such as Bavarian, Chinese, Italian, Greek and Turkish. The hotel itself was very clean in all areas, the staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Modern hotel in good location to city centre. Entire hotel had modern design and features making it fresh and inviting. Breakfast had big selection and good quality. Staff were very friendly and professional. I would stay in this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel with an extremely helpful team. The location is perfect for the city centre, station and underground.
Yes, the outside is noisy, like any city centre hotel but once inside the hotel is calm and tranquil with efficient double glazing to block out most noise.
