The staff, from reception to the restaurant, were always very friendly and helpful, especially now that the train station is undergoing renovations. The room was very comfortable and had modern decor and modern amenities. The breakfast buffet was one of the most enjoyable parts of the stay; it's a good option to try Bavarian dishes, in addition to the traditional items one expects at an NH hotel."

The only nits were: 1) the food in room service was limited and not great; 2) the TV only had programming in German and no ability to connect to streaming services. But these items were not must have by any stretch so still very happy with our stay."
