"We checked in at 3.30pm We checked out at 12. They wouldnt allow check out later. And they cut our all inclusive bands. The manager bushra seems nice but is very stingy l, she said we are only allowed to access facilities until 3pm. Nothing else after this time, so was she expexting us to sit on the street with 2 kids! Very frustrating. At check in we also waited half hour for someone to.show us our room. Staff at food areas are amazing, kids club and the entertainment is great. Not happy with the manager "

"The hotel teminds me Thousand and one nights fairytale. It looks amazing, stuff was very welcomming, offered tea, guided me in the hotel and shoved me on the card, whete to go. Receptionist Mohammed was extremely polite and took me with to listen the Berber music. Only little think: the ordered taxi for early morning did not come.
