Due to the amount of rain and end of season
The sun bed mattresses were wet and lots of leaves on them .. It would have been better if the had removed them then put them out again .

We traveled as a couple for a birthday and had a lovely time. When we arrived we were given lemonade and checked in swiftly. The bell boy took us and our bags up to our hotel room. The room was clean and tidy and looked over the pool and the sea.
During our stay we used the majority of the facilities both free and those you pay extra for; there were a few different pools and we mainly used the adults pool (16+) as we do not have children and did not want to be disturbed by them on our...

This is a cost effective basic hotel. The property is I believe an ongoing project as they seem to be working on it in places. It is a little cluttered in places with equipment and building supplies etc but all the important things we needed and wanted were there. It was a bit of a climb down from Hilton but we needed a cool room, shower, Wi-Fi and pool all of which were of a good standard. The room and pool were clean and well presented and the bathroom was new and nicely done. The welcome from...

Great apart hotel in exactly the right location. Right on the beach front and within 100 yards of all the seafront restaurants.Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Only downside was that we didnt get a sea view apart but would definately stay at the Fora again.

The management and staff could never do to much for you it is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in Dalyan and I’ve been staying there for over 22 years 😊😊😊

We loved it here. The rooms are great and clean. The owners are lovely and so helpful.
It's in a fabulous spot in the centre so a quick easy walk to everything.
Breakfast is lovely though we didn't always have it when we did no complaints at all.. The hotel dog Barney looked after us ❤️
The only problem we found was the noise from The Jazz Bar nextdoor. We did have to speak with them a couple of times. Best just keep your windows shut at night after 10.30pm.
Will definitely be returning.
