"Great stay"

"The staff were friendly and the amenities including the pool were great. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were so unsupported meaning it was difficult to sleep each night. Also, during breakfast the drinks and some foods were always empty meaning you’d have to ask and wait for contents to be refilled/ replenished. There was also a private event going on which meant the bar inside the hotel couldn’t be used."

"Beautiful hotel. Lobby very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating areas. Rooms were clean, comfy and quiet."

"The room was as i expected. Amazing view. Not too far of a walk to everything as was only there for one night due to Alex Warren being in town. "

"Unfortunately the room had a few issues which were rectified by Luke on reception. TV not working, in room phone not working, air con centrally controlled and not able to adjust with the sun on the window from sunrise. Have stayed before and will come back as staff always very helpful. "

"Parking was easy, checkin very easy. Staff helpful and very friendly. Gym and pool great but busy, room good but just 1 chair and pillow cases inside out on pillows and not covering them completely. Room quite dark with lights on but not easy to dit fien with 2 people, just one chair. So sat in the lobby"
