From start to finish Freya Maloy made everything so easy. She was the receptionist at the time of my check in. She very kindly organised a cak for my sons birthday. I was blown away by her kindness and her kind gesture. That is what you call customer service, going above and beyond when you don't even need to. An originally planned one-night stay turned spontaneously into a 2-night stay, but Tom & Patricia are lovely hosts and have accommodated to our flexible needs fuss-free & professionally.
