We dined at on site Rhubard restaurant and whilst a delicious meal, found the service not as attentive as it could have been. But this was specific to the restaurant and not general to the hotel. "

"First let me start by the positives. It is a lovely hotel with friendly staff. The hotel room was clean with some little refreshments like tea, coffeee, biscuits and crisps. The breakfast was lovely and the lady who served us was extremely friendly and helpful. What I feel let this hotel down & why I would not return again is the excessive fee to check in early.
