Loved the hotel and location, but felt the bar staff were a bit slow as were favouring a large corporate event waited 15 mins for a drink at the bar

Great hotel. Our room was nice and clean and big. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were good. There were items available to take to the beach which was great. The only downside was that there was no laundry facilities, and no make up mirror.

We had a wonderful stay, the service was excellent, with genuinely friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome throughout. Our room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The facilities were excellent and the whole property felt incredibly well cared for despite some renovations being made. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The second we got out of our car we new we were in for a fantastic weekend stay. Class class all the way from registration to the room, through the grounds to a well appointed room with patio. All mod cons. Fantastic service, Thank you Hotel Bel Air for your attention to detail and our requests we made celebrating my wife's birthday.t

Absolutely amazing, the suite was beautiful and service was exceptional. We stayed for two nights as a treat at the end of our California holiday from the UK, it was worth every penny! Alex in the bar was very welcoming and the location could not be better (short walk to Robertson and the West Hollywood nightlife in one direction and Rodeo in the other)

I had travel problems but the managers at the hotel were extremely accommodating and fully assisted me. I love the hotel and the location. I hope to return soon. Thank you.

We spent 5 nights at the hotel, which lived up to expectation. The room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable four poster bed. We could not fault the staff who were welcoming & attentive. The bar & restaurants were excellent, the food was of a high quality and live music was played most nights of our stay. Fantastic location for exploring Hollywood and Beverley Hills. The Starline (hop-on hop-off) sightseeing bus stopped immediately outside the front of the hotel. The hotel had great amenities and a stunning rooftop bar/restaurant and pool area with sun umbrellas. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend the hotel and we look forward to another visit soon.
