Fantastic
Fantastic stay at this property. It had everything we needed as a family of 5. The pool was perfect. The house was perfect. The hosts were fantastic, and we would recommend this house to anyone. 5 stars! Plenary of things to do in the local area too.

Fabulous property!
The villa was very clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the showers good. The kitchen was well equipped and to a high standard. It was great to have a gas bbq on the patio, too hot to cook inside! The best feature was undoubtedly the pool, we loved the steps to sit and read on. The whole area was great; we did a wine tasting with lunch and Peyrat vineyard just ten minutes drive away. Our favourite town was Pezenas; for dinner, ice cream or just a wander. An excellent stay, only wish it was longer!

Great place in lovely surroundings
We really enjoyed our stay in the villa and area. The house had everything we needed for our vacation. The pool was a great activity for the whole family and we used it multiple times a day. For the kids there are also a little playground and football/basketball field just at the end of the street. The village of Margon is nice and quiet, with friendly people and surrounded by vineyards. The tracks and roads through the vineyards in the wide surroundings offer great views during walks, runs and bike rides. There are a lot(!) of wineries within short (10-15min drive) distance from the house if you’d like to taste and buy some wines. The house is also a great location to visit some of the cities around it (Pezenas, Beziers, Carcassonne, Montpellier, etc). If I’d had to give one point for improvement it would be the internet speed, which is a bit slow (but perhaps that’s normal on the countryside?). It was fast enough for the kids to watch Netflix though, so good enough. All in all, we had a lovely stay and had a great time. We’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful villa in the south of France
We had a super week at this wonderful villa. Judith was very easy to deal with and responded quickly to all our questions. The villa itself was really well maintained, very clean and with everything we needed. We spent most of our time in the pool which felt very private despite the other houses nearby. Margon is a v small village with one restaurant where we had a lovely meal (great pizza!) - would advise booking as it was very busy the night we were there. Béziers was a nice day trip but mostly it was hard to tear ourselves away from the villa!

Good villa
A very well equipped quality villa, everything one needs for cooking and cleaning is provided. The outside sitting and dining area is really good with ample shade for those who wish it, and the pool is wonderful. Margon is a lovely village and the area is interesting to visit.

Home from home in Margon
This is the third time we have stayed in this property and it was yet again a lovely holiday experience. Much of our time was spent on the great outdoor area, with dining, relaxing, and enjoying the pool. The house is suitable for all ages, and our young grandsons love the lifestyle too. There are lovely walks through the vineyards from the doorstep and the village facilities are good. Children's play area, boules, and all weather multi purpose area for football, badminton, volleyball etc. It is a great place to recharge the batteries, whilst feeling very comfortable in the house.

Geweldige vakantie
Het was een heel leuk verblijf, alles is voorhanden en heel net. Rustige streek in het groen, doch makkelijke uitvalbasis naar alle omliggende dorpen en steden. Ook heel vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars. Een aanrader!

Super maison à recommander
Avec mes petits enfants, avons passé un très agréable séjour. Villa très bien équipée ,bien située, calme, avec super piscine. Correspond vraiment à l'annonce. Petit bémol, vu son standing mériterait la clim. Je la recommande sans problème.

Belle maison malgré quelques désagréments
Points positifs : Belle maison avec superbe piscine, literie au top , cuisine bien équipée, belle vaisselle , bel environnement au calme à part le matin quelques aboiements de chiens, pas loin des grandes villes. Points négatif : manque climatisation mais les ventilateurs sont bien utiles . A notre arrivée le ménage pas top ( poussière, un peu de toiles d'araignée, sol ..) nous avons du faire le ménage. Réfrigérateure abîmé. Problème de connections TV . Jeux de sociétés et livres en anglais. Accusation mensongère de la gouvernante (serviettes de toilettes sentait soi-disant la fumée de cigarette) nous sommes non fumeur ! Peut être qu'elle n'a pas appréciée que on lui dise que le ménage n'était pas bien fait à notre arrivée! A part ses désagréments, notre séjour c'est bien passé.

Super séjour dans une super maison. Les propriétaires sont très professionnels et à l’écoute. A notre arrivée, tout était parfait. Nous avons séjourné les 2 premières semaines d'aout 1 couple et 2 ados, propriétaires très récatifs et le personnel qui s'occupe de la maison très gentils. Maison sympa et joli coin. Seuls bémols le refuge canin pas loin (chiens qui hurlent la nuit) et parc à jeu au bout de la rue où des ados s'y posent le soir et crient jusqu'à pas d'heure dans la nuit.

Un séjour très agréable!
Nous avonds passer des très belles vacances avec six amis dans la maison! Tout est très propre, la piscine est très agréable et il y a plein des chaisses longues dans le jardin pour se reposer. Il y a beaucoup à faire dans l’environment, mais le quartier ou la maison se situe est très tranquil. La cuisine est aussi très bien équippée et les chambres ne sont pas trop chauds pour dormir. Je conseille la maison à tout le monde!

La première image de l'annonce est prometteuse. Belle villa, belle piscine... Et bien en arrivant, nous avons eu la même image, comme un copier coller. La maison est top, la cuisine, les chambres ainsi que les salles de bain sont conforment à l'annonce. Le village de Margon est optimum pour se reposer, pas de camping discothèque à proximité. Des vignes et des petits chemins pour se promener. Bref, une villa à recommander et y aller les yeux fermés.

Belle location avec piscine chauffée
Belle maison bien équipée avec 2 salle d'eau et 3 toilettes... piscine chauffée et quartier résidentiel très calme... A 30 min de tout ce qu'il y a à voir, bord de mer compris. Nous recommandons pour un séjour en famille. Merci aux propriétaire pour la bouteille à notre arrivée ;).

La location correspond à la description et aux photos sur le site. Maison située au calme avec une piscine très agréable. Localisation entre mer et montagne avec beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire dans un rayon de 45 minutes de voiture. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation.

Excellent stay in beautiful house
We have had a wonderful week in this house. Everything is there to make the stay comfortable. I would however recommend an airconditioning, especially in the bedrooms. Our girls (8 and 6) loved the pool and so did we! We also recommend the local restaurant in Margon! Very nice! Ken, the local housekeeper, kept the pool very clean and in good quality, good communication with him! I definately recommend this house! Thank you for the nice stay!

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool. Wenn jetzt in Margon noch etwas mehr los wäre ;-) So muss man wirklich immer das Auto bemühen. Aber man kann auch sehr gut die Zeit nur in Haus und Pool verbringen :-)

Feeling like coming Home
Thanks to Judith and David for a great holiday at their beautiful villa in Margon. The communication was fantastic, easy and fast with answering all questions we had. Judith and David made our stay very pleasant and we enjoyed 2 weeks this September 2019. The villa was exactly as describes and the pool fantastic with an outside shower. Toller Urlaub in Südfrankreich
Wir, eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (10 Jahre alter Sohn und 3 Jahre alte Tochter) haben im Juli 2019 zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Südfrankreich verbracht. Das umfangreich eingerichtete Ferienhaus ließ keinen unserer Wünsche offen und wir fühlten uns von Beginn an sehr wohl. Unsere beiden Kids waren insbesondere vom hauseigenen Pool begeistert, der direkt über die Terrasse erreichbar ist und jederzeit zum Abkühlen einlädt. Dieser wurde dann, insbesondere aufgrund des sehr guten Wetters, auch ausgiebig von uns genutzt. Auch auf der sonnigen Terrasse haben wir viele schöne Stunden verbracht, sei es beim gemeinsamen Frühstück oder beim Grillen oder einfach nur beim gemütlichen Lesen eines Buchs gewesen. Aber nicht nur das schöne Ferienhaus ist erwähnenswert. Auch von unseren Vermietern Judith und David können wir nur Positives berichten. Jede unserer Fragen im Vorfeld wurde freundlich und binnen kürzester Zeit beantwortet, so dass wir völlig entspannt unsere Reise angetreten haben. Ein besonderes Dankeschön dafür. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus in schöner Umgebung, bei sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Vielen Dank nochmal an Judith und David. S.Wagner ________________________________________________________ We, a family with two children (10 year old son and 3 year old daughter) spent two wonderful weeks in southern France in July 2019. The extensive holiday home left nothing to be desired and we felt very comfortable from the beginning. Our two kids loved the pool, which is directly accessible via the terrace and invites you to cool off anytime. This was then, especially because of the very good weather, extensively used by us. Even on the sunny terrace, we spent many beautiful hours, whether it was while having breakfast together or having a barbecue or just reading a book. But not only the beautiful house is worth mentioning. Also from our landlords Judith and David we can only report positive. Each of our questions in advance was friendly and answered within a short time, so that we started our journey completely relaxed. A special thank you. All in all, a wonderful holiday in a great house in beautiful surroundings, with very nice and helpful landlords. Thanks again to Judith and David. S. Wagner
