"Host there to welcome us when we arrived. He helped to carry in the luggage and showed us how the hot water and heating worked. Amenities were ideal with breakfast food items included plus a bottle of Prosecco and shortbread as a thoughtful Christmas gift. The property had been decorated for Christmas - another kind and thoughtful touch. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. "This is never a 4 star hotel! I was really disappointed, Expedia said breakfast was included but they don’t even serve breakfast. Waited 20 minutes in the morning to check out and no one was in reception. Another lady also checked out and said her room smelled of smoke and didn’t feel safe in the hotel. The lady when checking in was really nice and accommodating but the hotel itself was really poor! I think it’s more of a 2 star hotel and I won’t stay there again. "

"We had an awesome time at the Loft in Clipston. The house has everything you could possibly need. The grounds are beautiful and being close to Market Harborough is a real plus, as it is a lovely town. The loft has a fantastic kitchen and the bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. If you are looking for a great stay in the East Midlands this is an excellent spot! Thanks for having us, Susan!"

"My son and I visited with some friends and their kids for 1 night over the may bank holiday. The house has plenty of space and the kids enjoyed exploring and picking their rooms. It's close to a Budgins and fish and chip shop so food was easily available. We went to Stanwick Lakes which is only 20mins drive away and a giant free adventure play area."
