One of our other parties had a room that smelt a drainy but they moved her straight away when we went back to the guy on reception who had checked us in. Staff are polite so can't fault it. The staff were welcoming and efficient, the room was well equipped and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. On check-out we said we'll be back and we will. "
