The room itself was well stocked with modern amenities and wifi. However theres roaches, small ones but enough for my wife to find them in our clothing and such. "Awesome big house with big bedrooms guest apartment to accommodate the family and friends. Owner allowed us to hold a milestone event for our mother and place is the perfect place. Easy access to staff who provide 110% hospitality and excellent service. Easy access to travel around the city and neighborhood.Only dislike is too much noise outside being near the road and outside is like a flea market at certain hours of everyday.Overall, this is highly recommended for big group vacationing...

"Finding a place to stay for a month can be hard. Mostly are expensive and the response time is ridiculous. But with my family’s entire stay on her property, it was nothing but a pleasant experience that we will surely never forget. "Love the high floor location and the view is priceless! We had the best fireworks show view facing Rockwell and the entire manila sky lit up with tons of amazing firework to see. However, the unit can use some TLC. It’s not well maintained. They have old AC units that should’ve been replaced/removed. Also, we didn't get any instructions during check in so we didn’t have wifi for the first day. The lobby doesn’t let you use their wifi. Apparently, you have to be a gold member to use their wifi....
