Once again a great experience, reception staff excellent as with the restaurant staff so friendly, helpful and proactive Do not lose that Bayleaf your staff are your strongest asset. Keep it up . House keeping dept very helpful

NICE HOTEL GOOD VALUE GOOD LOCATION, STAFF VERY HELPFULL

Hotel is good in general. Room is vast and has most facilities. Staff are very welcoming. Housekeeping is great. Neighborhood is not much appealing but it is near Asia mall and airport. Breakfast display on the 8th floor restaurant is bad and lacks quality. Fruits like Banana and other stuff are the lowest quality. Hygiene level does not make you feel comfortable. We preferred to buy some food from the convenient store located at the entrance of hotel.

Very nice location close to all the nice restaurants and major businesses in Makati.

Nice for short stay with lobby bar. Tv cable was not connected so we did not have tv. I'm sure it's fixable. Front desk researched our flight and sent our taxi to the wrong terminal. Cost and time irreplaceable.

Chose hotel because it's close to where I needed to be.

So far, nothing special just a decent place to stay, at the heart of Manila. The front desk told us when we arrived that no room category available for my booking and told me that she will assign me a room different instead and we were obliged. But what is distasteful was she told us that the next day she would have it noted that we'll be transferred to another room before check-out time which is really disturbing since we have the booking and we thought we are all settled with it, such an inconvenient kind of suggestion for the front desk officer
